If the item you purchased is defective, unfit or damaged, you can request to exchange the item. Our items can be returned within 10 days of original delivery date.
Please check to make sure that:
Unworn, unused, unstained, unwashed, all tags attached, no smells other than natural product odours, no animal or pet hair, no stretch marks or permanent wrinkles, original packaging, within 10 days of the original purchase date.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a return or exchange.
To exchange a defective item, please send an email to email@example.com for an authorization slip and return instructions. Please make sure that you include your order number as well as clearly detail the nature of the return.
SLIM BRAZIL STORE is not responsible for refunds due to incorrect fitting issues and buyers assume all risk when choosing the style and fit of their purchase.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping cost and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping.
If your items have not arrived within 15 days of the original date of purchase, contact us. Our policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries.
