Refund policy

If the item you purchased is defective or damaged, you can request an exchange within 10 days from the delivery date. 

We do not accept underwear and final sale returns or exchanges

Attention! For Exchange, products must not present signs of use, stains, washing, animal fur or odors (only original product odor), permanent streaks or wrinkles. Products must contain the original packaging and labels affixed.

The exchange valid period is 10 days from the delivery date.

Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for exchanges.

SLIM BRAZIL STORE does not offer refunds for incorrect choices of sizes or type of product.

The choice of type of product and size is the sole and full responsibility of the buyer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Buyers are responsible for all cost and for any risk of loss or damage of the products during shipping.

Slim Brazil Store is not responsible for any loss, theft our damage after shipping the package.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, the amount will be saved as a balance / gift card on your Slim Brazil Store account and you will automatically receive a email to be informed then just enter on our website and choose the product that you want.
